For our 1-to-1 coaching services, due to their highly personalized nature, refunds are not offered once a session has been delivered. However, if you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
We're committed to providing a positive experience. So, if you feel the service didn't meet your expectations, please reach out within 7 days of your session to discuss possible resolutions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or experience any technical issues. We'll evaluate the issues and work quickly to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
